The data, strictly necessary for treatment, may be communicated to the technological and instrumental partner of which the owner uses for the service requested.

The processing of data is done through the use of hand tools, computer and data, by the G3POWER.it structures In any case the treatment is strictly related to the purposes mentioned above, however, in order to ensure the safety and the confidentiality of data, which will be managed and protected in areas where access is under constant control.

The data controller is G3POWER.it, with registered office at Via Renata Bianchi 71-16152 Genova (GE), in the person of its legal representative Mr Gabriele Gallicchio, the data processor is Mr. Gallicchio Gabriele.

In relation to the processing of these data the person concerned, in accordance with art. 7 of Legislative Decree. N. 196/2003, has the right, by sending an email to info@gsei.it, to obtain:

the existence or not of your data, their communication in intelligible form and the knowledge of their origin and the logic on which the treatment is based;
the origin of personal data;
the indication of the purposes and methods of treatment;
the indication of the logic applied in case of processing with the aid of electronic instruments;
indicating the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2;
the names of individuals or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.

In relation to the processing of these data the person concerned, in accordance with art. 7 of Legislative Decree. N. 196/2003, has the right, by sending an email to info@gsei.it, to object in whole or in part:
